This Tribute is supporting Woking & Sam Beare Hospice. Richard’s dearest wish when told that treatment was not possible was to be at home and this we managed to achieve with the help of the hospice. He arrived home on the Thursday evening expecting to have some time to say his goodbyes, but this was not to be. The hospice nurses and doctor supported us through his final hours the next day. Their care, kindness and professionalism helped make his death at home calm, peaceful and a natural process. Such hospice care is an essential service and so please do consider making a donation in Richard’s memory so that other families facing such a crisis can receive this care.
